Technical support is available to all licensed ProModel users with current maintenance and support agreements. Support representatives are glad to answer specific questions you may have and offer direction in solving specific modeling challenges you encounter.

Technical support is available via: telephone, fax, ftp, and email. When you contact technical support, please be prepared to provide your user profile and a description of any problems you experience.

User Profile

• Your name and company.

• The license # or serial # found on your security key or ProModel CD.

• Hardware make and configuration.

• Network information (if applicable).

• Version number of Windows and ProModel.

Problem Description

• Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

• What you were doing when the problem occurred.

• The exact wording of any messages that appeared on your screen.
